So far, I've written three confidential reports for FEDECOM: D8.2 "Plan for exploitation and IP rights management v1" presented the FEDECOM exploitable results and IPR strategy in March 2024; D8.4 "Market analysis and exploitable results table v1" assessed the current trends, stakeholder landscape, competition set, and deployment feasibility of the project solution; and D1.8 "Innovation Management Plan" established an accountability framework for the technologies being developed. 

I co-wrote D7.9 “Islands staff coaching material - second part” in March 2023 which provides a comprehensive overview of the coaching material elaborated for NESOI beneficiaries, and D7.6 “Islands staff coaching material - first part” in September 2022, which describes the NESOI project's coaching activities, with a focus on the collective webinars in October 2022 and December 2022, and the three ERASMUS Short Study Tours in March and May 2023.

I wrote this public report D8.6 "Replication Plan in Septemeber 2022 to conclude the BIM4Ren project's exploitation activities. It provides the replication strategy, foreground valorisation plans, exploitation channels of the consortium, highlights the impact multipliers of the project, and identifies market gaps and key exploitable result risks. 

I co-wrote 2 deliverables for the +CityxChange project: D8.2 "Report on the identification and assessment of exploitable results" in November 2022 which presents an overview of the exploitable results, and D8.1 "Report on Market and Stakeholder analysis" in April 2022 which assessed the maket and stakeholder landscape of the project's solution set.

I led and co-wrote two deliverables for the HyCool project: "D8.4 - Market Analysis" in October 2022 which describes the competitive landscape, market characteristics of industrial solar cooling, target countries, and industrial sectors planned for replication. D8.5 "Business Models and Plans" fostered interactions with the technology developers, pilots, stakeholders, and potential customers.

I co-wrote one public and two confidential deliverables for the GEOFIT project: "D9.5 IPR Protection Measures, Future Exploitation Agreements, and Update of Business Models and Business Plans" and "D10.8 Data Management Plan" both in December 2022 were confidential;  D9.2 "Market Analysis" in May 2020 enabled a public understanding of the latest trends in the shallow geothermal energy market at global, European, and selected national scales, and set groundwork for business model development and exploitation activity facilitation.

In June 2017, I contributed to "D8.2 Market Analysis" for the Built2SPec project, which focused on obtaining and characterising market trends for the purpose of business case development conditions, both in quantitative and qualitative terms for each target markets being addressed. The analysis is based on the PESTEL approach and sub-categories are divided in accordance with the market segments (e.g. building typologies, worksite issues client typologies, final use and scope, etc).
